Material requirements

 

 

1. The particle size of the material can be 90-260 mesh. Remember that the particle size should not be too large so as not to affect the molding quality.

 

2. No metal objects are allowed in the material. Otherwise, the surface of the roller skin will be damaged. 

 

3. The material supply must be sufficient, and an adjustable-speed screw feeder should be used. Observe the amount of returned material to adjust the supply of new material. 

 

4. Before feeding, the machine must be empty for several weeks before starting to fill the material. In order to prevent the goose egg machine from eating too much material, overloading the reducer and motor, and the roller shaft twisting.

 

 

Equipment overhaul

 

 

1. Clean the dust shot down on the goose egg machine, and also pay attention to dust removal during the demolition process. During the demolition inspection, it is forbidden to invade the moving parts.
